The local dining scene is a dream! Desde el Alma is just a stone's throw away, and their steaks are unreal! Also, the staff was super accommodating and made our family feel right at home.
While we enjoyed our stay, it would have been a cherry on top if breakfast was included.

The hotel location near parks and shops was perfect. The room was a bit small for two people.

Decent pillow comfort levels. The breakfast nook, while small, offered a cozy atmosphere.
Two separate bookings saw no floor mats in one of the bathrooms, and one bathroom showed signs of a leak. On multiple occasions, I had to ask for clean towels due to them arriving dirty, and the air conditioning struggled to keep pace. Also, the bed was composed of two joined singles, leading to an unpleasant dip in the middle, and mold was visible on the bottom part of the shutoff curtain. Lastly, there's no dining option on-site.

the hotel had some charm, but the outdated furniture and dirty bathroom hairs really killed the vibe. and don't even get me started on the paper-thin walls that let every little sound in. as someone who expected a room upgrade for all these inconveniences, i almost thought of leaving a positive review but just couldn’t. not at all a good stay.

good location but average comfort
The location was quite good, allowing easy access to various attractions. The 24-hour reception was a significant advantage during my late check-in at 3:30 am. Additionally, the ability to store my luggage for a couple of nights made my stay more convenient.
The room lacked some basic amenities that would enhance comfort during the stay.

Staff went above and beyond , super friendly and gave great local tips. The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants and only a short walk to the metro. Room was clean and spacious.
Nothing to complain about at all.

I had such a relaxing stay with great access to a cozy lounge and a beautiful garden area to unwind in. A small thing would be to consider using fewer plastic items for a more eco-friendly touch. Make sure to check out the local eateries nearby, they're fantastic! 😊

exceptional staff and comfy beds made my stay unforgettable while sipping coffee on the peaceful patio
Seriously, the staff here is incredible! They were always super friendly and went out of their way to help. The bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby, and the little patio at the back was the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring Buenos Aires. Don't miss out on the complimentary tea and biscuits—such a lovely touch!
